Relation Between H.C.F. and L.C.M.
HCF : HCF stand for Highest Common Factor.It is also known as Greatest Common Division (GCD). The HCF of two or more given numbers is the highest of their common factors.
LCM: LCM stand for Lowest Common Multiple.It is also known as Smallest or Least Common Multiple.The LCM of two or more given numbers is the lowest of their common multiples.
Relation between HCF and LCM:
Product of two numbers = Product of their HCF and LCM.
X x Y = HCF (X , Y) X LCM (X ,Y).

Solution: Product of two numbers = HCF X LCM
6400 = 16 X LCM

Solution: Product of two numbers = HCF X LCM
7500 = HCF X 15

HCF = 500.

Solution: Product of two numbers = HCF X LCM
Product of two numbers = 16 X 15
Product of two numbers = 240.

Solution: Product of two numbers = HCF X LCM
